Alfano S.A. extends its standard 2-year legal warranty to a full 5 years on all qualifying devices purchased on or after January 1, 2020. This manufacturer’s warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under “normal use,” including adherence to our safety guidelines and any applicable sports or legal regulations.
All accessories—sensors, cables, mounts, battery holders, packaging, protective equipment—and batteries remain covered by the standard 2-year statutory warranty. For warranty service, please contact us and we'll guide you through the product return, factory inspection, and, if eligible, repair or replacement at no extra charge.

We ship every new Alfano 7 system anywhere in the 50 states at no cost to you. Orders typically arrive within 3–7 business days.
Excluded from coverage are damage resulting from misuse, improper installation, unauthorized modifications or repairs, accidents, non-compatible third-party components, normal wear on high-vibration parts, and any defects reported after unreasonable delay. This warranty provides repair or replacement only; refunds are not available.
